Gorgeous hotel in a calm area close enough to the immaculately clean park, several good restaurants and bars and the center. Room was big size and staff helpful. Favourable location, short way from everywhere. Also, easy access to Franklin Anderson Gallery. Wonderful overall experience.

The room was reasonably large and well taken care of. The price was US$ 62. It had favourable and comfy location walking distance from a wooded park. Furthermore, close to everything we came here to do.

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, so close to river, manatee tours, restaurants, several good restaurants and parks. The king room was equipped with basic facilities, including central heating, multi-channel television, and an iron.

The location was GOOD - really close to crystal manatee, restaurants and the park. I often went to Mcdonald's to pick up some food.

Really enjoyed our large rooms, plus the staff was nice. The hotel's position was particularly good and comfy, adjacent to parks with restrooms grills and shelters as well as several good restaurants and bars.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the nearby springs and a fishing pier just around the corner. It was perfect for my Easter getaway. The room rate was very affordable at $50 a night, which was a great value for the area. Additionally, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep.

There were a few negatives to my experience at the hotel. Firstly, the cleanliness of the bathroom was very poor.
